Before TshirtPrint2u, founder Ng Chin Wai spent 10 years working across the information technology and commercial printing industries. He repeatedly saw organisations approve an order, make payment, and only discover problems with the artwork, colours, garment, sizing or placement once the finished products arrived — when it was too late to change anything.

From Requirement to Finished Apparel
Typical turnaround is 7–15 working days for Heat Transfer Printing (DTF), embroidery and screen printing, 15–25 working days for sublimation printing, or 20–30 working days for custom-made products, after required artwork approval and payment confirmation, for standard, non-rush orders. This excludes shipping time and any physical sampling (confirmed in your quotation), and may vary depending on quantity, customisation method and project complexity — we'll confirm the expected completion date in your quotation.

You provide the final artwork. After order confirmation and deposit, we prepare a basic digital mockup at no additional charge for your approval, showing the agreed garment, artwork placement, quantity and other production specifications for your approval before production begins.
Production & Delivery
The order is produced, quality-checked and delivered nationwide across Malaysia.
MOQ from 20 pcs (DTF from 20, embroidery from 30, screen printing and sublimation from 50, custom-made from 100), with the exact minimum confirmed in your quotation; mixed sizes are included at no extra cost. The exact minimum depends on the garment and design and is confirmed in your quotation. Ready-made garments are existing garment styles that can be customised; custom-made garments are manufactured to your specifications. Mixed sizes are accepted per design at no extra cost, as long as the total meets the applicable minimum.
Yes. Formal quotations are available for company procurement. Company purchase orders accepted, subject to approval. Payment documents such as invoices or receipts are provided according to the order and payment arrangement. We do not participate in government procurement tenders or provide government tender documentation.
Yes. We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Delivery is free for orders with a subtotal above RM1,000, before delivery charges; otherwise shipping charges and estimated transit times depend on destination and order size, and are included in your quotation.
