Before TshirtPrint2u, founder Ng Chin Wai spent 10 years working across the information technology and commercial printing industries. He repeatedly saw organisations approve an order, make payment, and only discover problems with the artwork, colours, garment, sizing or placement once the finished products arrived — when it was too late to change anything.
