Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern orders for custom apparel, printing, embroidery and corporate uniforms placed with TshirtPrint2u (operated by Wescott Trading, SSM Reg. No. 201703332019).

Last updated: effective date to be confirmed

1. Introduction & Acceptance

TshirtPrint2u is operated by Wescott Trading (SSM Reg. No. 201703332019), a Malaysian business based at 8, Jalan 24, Kampung Cheras Baru, 56100 Kuala Lumpur ("we", "us", "our", "TshirtPrint2u").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply whenever you request a quotation, place an order, or otherwise engage us to supply custom-printed or embroidered apparel, corporate uniforms, or related goods and services ("you", "your", "Customer"). By requesting a quotation, confirming an order, or approving artwork or a proof with us, you accept these Terms.

Where a written quotation or order confirmation for a specific order states terms that differ from this page, those stated terms apply to that order only.

2. Description of Service

We supply custom-printed and embroidered apparel and corporate uniforms — including T-shirts, polo shirts, corporate shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, jackets, workwear and safety vests, sportswear, caps, aprons, towels, accessories and promotional or corporate merchandise — customised using screen printing, Heat Transfer Printing (DTF), embroidery or sublimation, depending on the product and artwork.

  • Embroidery is produced in-house using our own equipment. We currently do not accept customer-supplied garments for printing or embroidery.
  • We currently do not offer standalone plain/unprinted apparel, logo redesign, vectorisation or graphic design services — you provide your own print-ready artwork or design, or arrange this separately.
  • We serve Malaysian businesses and organisations, including SMEs, government and education bodies, event organisers, industrial and construction companies, hospitality and F&B businesses, and sports teams.

3. Enquiries, Quotations & Orders

To request a quotation, share your apparel type, quantity, size breakdown, preferred colours, logo or artwork, and delivery requirements with us, by WhatsApp, email, or our quotation form. We aim to respond to quotation requests within 1 business day, depending on the completeness and complexity of your requirements.

A quotation reflects the specifications provided at the time it is prepared. If your requirements change — product, quantity, sizes, colours, print locations, artwork or delivery — the quotation may need to be revised. An order is confirmed once you accept the quotation and we confirm the order back to you. Purchase order arrangements may be available to eligible registered companies and organisations, subject to approval.

Minimum order quantities apply: from 30 pieces for ready-made apparel and from 100 pieces for custom-made garments. The exact minimum depends on the garment, customisation method and design, and is confirmed in your quotation. Ready-made garments use existing garment styles that can be customised with our available methods; custom-made garments are manufactured specifically to required garment specifications. Mixed sizes are accepted per design at no extra cost, provided the total order meets the applicable minimum; multiple colourways may be possible within the same order, subject to product, quantity and production requirements.

4. Artwork, Proofs & Approval

You are responsible for supplying suitable, print-ready artwork. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are preferred; high-resolution PNG or JPG (at least 300 DPI at actual print size) may also be accepted depending on the application. We check supplied artwork for production suitability and will flag any issue before production proceeds. Logo redesign, graphic design, artwork recreation, vectorisation and complex artwork preparation are not included, and may be separately quoted where available. Embroidery digitising is included with some orders; otherwise a separate digitising charge applies, confirmed in your quotation.

After your order is confirmed and the required deposit is received, we prepare a basic digital mockup at no additional charge, showing the logo placement, position, size, colour and overall appearance. Production begins only after you approve this mockup (or, where a physical sample is ordered, after you approve the sample).

Once you approve a proof, mockup or sample, you are confirming that the wording, spelling, colours, placement, sizing and overall design are correct. Production follows the approved artwork, specifications and order details, and any reported issue is reviewed against the approved order. We are not responsible for errors that were present in artwork or a proof you approved, though we remain responsible for genuine production defects — for example, a print that does not match the specifications you approved (see Section 9).

If the required artwork cannot be prepared or approved, the order will be reviewed with you before production proceeds. Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to the applicable quotation and these Terms.

Physical samples are available before you confirm a bulk order, on request, for an additional fee. The sample fee is fully deducted from your subsequent bulk order. Sample shipping is paid by the customer and is not credited against the bulk order. Sample timing will be confirmed in the quotation and may extend the overall project timeline.

5. Products, Sizing & Customisation

Available products, colours, materials and size charts vary by item — check the relevant product page in our catalogue, or ask us to send the size chart when you request a quotation. Printing and embroidery methods (screen printing, Heat Transfer Printing (DTF), embroidery, sublimation) are matched to the garment and artwork; we will recommend a suitable method for your product and design.

As with any printed or embroidered product, minor reasonable variations can occur between different production runs (for example, in colour matching, print or embroidery positioning within normal tolerances, and garment measurements). This does not extend to defects caused by our production process, which are addressed under Section 9.

6. Pricing, Payment & Deposits

We do not publish a fixed price list. Pricing depends on product, quantity, garment colour, sizes, customisation method, print or embroidery requirements, artwork requirements and delivery location. Quotations are normally provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Embroidery digitising, artwork or screen setup charges may apply depending on the project.

We accept cash, cheque, FPX and online bank transfer. A 50% deposit is the standard payment arrangement. It is payable after order confirmation and before mockup preparation and production begin, and it secures your production slot. The remaining balance is due before delivery or handover of the goods. Different terms apply only where explicitly agreed and stated in the quotation.

Payment documents such as invoices or receipts are provided according to the applicable order and payment arrangement. Formal quotations are available on request. Purchase order acceptance does not automatically mean credit terms; unless otherwise agreed and stated in the quotation, the standard deposit and balance payment terms apply.

Rush orders may be available subject to production capacity and required delivery date. Additional rush charges may apply and will be confirmed in the quotation. Let us know your deadline when requesting a quotation so we can confirm feasibility.

7. Production & Lead Times

Standard production typically takes 7–15 working days for ready-made apparel, or 20–30 working days for custom-made apparel, after required artwork approval and deposit or payment confirmation, for non-rush orders. This excludes shipping time and any physical sampling, which is confirmed in the quotation. It may extend for complex or large-volume orders, or where materials or components are affected by supplier availability. If you have a specific deadline, tell us when requesting your quotation so we can confirm feasibility.

We will let you know directly if there is a significant change or delay affecting your order.

8. Delivery

We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Delivery time and cost are separate from, and additional to, production time. Delivery is free for invoices above RM1,000; otherwise it is calculated by weight and confirmed in your quotation. For larger corporate or multi-branch projects, delivery to multiple locations can be discussed when you request your quote.

9. Inspection, Defects & Complaints

Orders undergo quality checks before delivery. The inspection process may vary according to the product, production method and order requirements.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine production defect, report it to us within 5 working days of receiving your order, together with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the evidence and arrange an appropriate resolution — which may be a reprint, replacement, partial refund or credit, depending on the issue.

Our quality commitment covers issues caused by our production process (for example, misprints or incorrect colours against your approved specification), and may result in a reprint, replacement, partial refund or credit. It does not cover issues arising from artwork or a proof you approved, an incorrect size you selected, normal wear and tear, or improper care of the garment after delivery.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

You may request cancellation after order confirmation and before production starts, subject to the status of your order and to costs already incurred or committed, as specified in the applicable quotation and these Terms. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once paid. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled, as the items are being customised to your approved specifications.

Custom-printed and embroidered orders are generally non-refundable once production has started. Refunds at that stage are limited to genuine production defects or errors on our part (see Section 9). Before production starts, the deposit is non-refundable once paid.

11. Order Changes & Reorders

Changes to a confirmed order are usually possible before production starts. Once printing or embroidery has begun, changes may not be possible without affecting pricing, artwork and the production schedule — contact us as early as possible if something needs to change.

For reorders, share your previous product, artwork and customisation details along with your updated quantity, size breakdown and delivery requirement, and we will reconfirm feasibility and specifications with you, including reviewing previously approved artwork before production.

12. Customer Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate product, quantity, size, colour and delivery information when requesting a quotation and confirming an order.
  • Supplying suitable, print-ready artwork, and confirming you have the right to use any logo, design or artwork you provide us (see Section 13).
  • Carefully checking and approving digital mockups, proofs or samples before production begins.
  • Making payment in accordance with Section 6, including the required deposit after order confirmation and before production, and the balance before delivery.
  • Providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive or collect the order.
  • Reporting any defects or issues within the timeframe set out in Section 9.

13. Intellectual Property

You confirm that any logo, artwork, design or other material you provide to us for printing or embroidery is either owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it, and to have it reproduced on the products you order.

Pending business/legal confirmation. The full intellectual-property position — including who owns the final production artwork or digitised embroidery files we prepare for your order, and the precise wording of your indemnity to us if a third party claims that your supplied artwork infringes their rights — has not yet been confirmed and is not fully set out on this page. This section will be completed once that is finalised.

14. Website Use

This website and its content (including text, images, logos and branding) belong to TshirtPrint2u / Wescott Trading unless otherwise stated, and are provided to help you learn about our products and services and request a quotation. We aim to keep information on this website accurate, but product availability, specifications and pricing are subject to change and are confirmed at the quotation stage.

You may not copy, reproduce or misuse the content of this website for purposes unrelated to evaluating or placing an order with us.

15. Liability & Disclaimers

Pending business/legal confirmation. A specific limitation-of-liability clause and warranty disclaimer for this business has not yet been drafted or approved, so none is asserted on this page beyond the quality commitment described in Section 9. This section will be completed once liability terms have been confirmed with the business owner or legal counsel.

16. Indemnity

Pending business/legal confirmation. Formal indemnity wording (for example, covering claims arising from artwork you supply) has not yet been confirmed. This section will be completed once that wording is finalised.

17. Force Majeure

Pending business/legal confirmation. A formal force-majeure clause has not yet been drafted. In practice, production or delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control (for example, supplier disruptions); we will let you know directly if this affects your order (see Section 7). A full clause will be added once confirmed.

18. Privacy

Information about how we collect, use and handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, services or business processes. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it takes effect. We recommend checking this page periodically if you order from us regularly.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Pending business/legal confirmation. TshirtPrint2u is operated by Wescott Trading, a business registered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A specific governing-law and jurisdiction clause has not yet been confirmed for this page and will be added once finalised.
