Lead times are typical, counted from artwork approval and payment confirmation, excluding shipping. Rush orders are subject to capacity, and additional charges may apply. Production time
Typically 7–15 working days for Heat Transfer Printing (DTF), Embroidery and Screen Printing, 15–25 working days for Sublimation Printing, or 20–30 working days for Custom-Made Products, after required artwork approval and payment confirmation, for non-rush orders. Shipping is additional, and any physical sampling is confirmed in the quotation. Rush orders are subject to capacity, and additional charges may apply.
Digital mockup
Basic mockup at no additional charge for your approval, prepared after order confirmation and deposit.
Physical sample (optional)
Plain, unprinted samples can be requested before you confirm a bulk order; printed samples can be requested after you confirm it. An additional fee applies. The sample fee is fully deducted from your final bulk order. Sample shipping is at your cost and is not credited. Timing is confirmed in your quotation.
Payment
50% deposit payable after order confirmation and before production; it is non-refundable once paid, subject to applicable law and the cancellation terms in our Terms & Conditions. The balance is due before delivery. Cash, cheque, FPX or online banking, in MYR.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report them within 5 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Garments
We supply the garments. Customer-supplied garments are not accepted.
