Ordering, Lead Times & Samples

Three steps from your first message to delivery.

  1. Choose

    Pick your apparel type and share your quantity, sizes and logo or artwork. Not sure? We’ll recommend suitable options.

  2. Quote & Approve

    Receive your quotation and confirm the order, then approve the digital mockup or request an optional physical sample before bulk production.

  3. Produce & Deliver

    Your order is produced to the approved specifications, checked before shipment, then packed and delivered.

  • Production time

    Typically 7–15 working days after artwork approval for standard non-rush orders. Shipping is additional. Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

  • Digital mockup

    Free with every confirmed order.

  • Physical sample (optional)

    A sample fee applies and is deductible from your final bulk order. Allow about 7 working days; sample shipping is at your cost.

  • Payment

    50% deposit before production and the balance before delivery. Cash, cheque, FPX or online banking, in MYR only.

  • Damaged or incorrect items

    Report them within 5 working days of delivery.

  • Garments

    We supply the garments. Customer-supplied garments are not accepted.
