Before TshirtPrint2u, founder Ng Chin Wai spent 10 years working across the information technology and commercial printing industries. He repeatedly saw organisations approve an order, make payment, and only discover problems with the artwork, colours, garment, sizing or placement once the finished products arrived — when it was too late to change anything.

From Requirement to Finished Apparel
Typical turnaround is 7–15 working days for ready-made apparel, or 20–30 working days for custom-made apparel, after required artwork approval and deposit or payment confirmation, for standard, non-rush orders. This excludes shipping time and any physical sampling (confirmed in your quotation), and may vary depending on quantity, customisation method and project complexity — we'll confirm the expected completion date in your quotation.

You provide the final artwork. After your deposit, we prepare a basic digital mockup, at no additional charge, showing the agreed garment, artwork placement, quantity and other production specifications for your approval before production begins.
Production & Delivery
The order is produced, quality-checked and delivered nationwide across Malaysia.
MOQ from 30 pcs for ready-made and from 100 pcs for custom-made, with the exact minimum confirmed in your quotation; mixed sizes are included at no extra cost.
