We Prepare Your Quotation
Pricing is prepared based on the product, quantity, garment colour, sizes, customisation method, print or embroidery requirements, artwork requirements and delivery location, then sent back to you on the same channel you used to reach us — WhatsApp or email — referencing your enquiry number.
We Confirm Next Steps
Have a look and let us know if anything needs adjusting — we'll revise the quotation for you. Ready to proceed? Confirm on the same channel and pay the required deposit; we'll then guide you through a basic digital mockup at no additional charge, or an optional physical sample, before production. Quote validity, lead time and payment terms (e.g. deposit, if any) are confirmed together with your quotation, as these can vary by order.

At minimum, share your contact details, product type and estimated quantity. Details like printing method, artwork, sizes and delivery location help us prepare a more accurate quotation, but you can send those later if you don't have them yet.
Ready-made apparel: from 30 pcs per design. Custom-made apparel: from 100 pcs per design. The exact minimum depends on the garment, customisation method and design, and is confirmed in your quotation. Mixed sizes are accepted per design at no extra cost, as long as the total meets the applicable minimum.
That's fine — you can submit your enquiry first. We check supplied artwork for production suitability and will flag any issue before production proceeds; logo redesign, graphic design, vectorisation and complex artwork preparation are not included.
Yes. Formal quotations and purchase order acceptance are available for company and procurement requirements.
