We Prepare Your Quotation
Pricing is prepared based on the product, quantity, garment colour, sizes, customisation method, print or embroidery requirements, artwork requirements and delivery location, then sent back to you on the same channel you used to reach us — WhatsApp or email — referencing your enquiry number.
We Confirm Next Steps
Have a look and let us know if anything needs adjusting — we'll revise the quotation for you. Ready to proceed? Confirm on the same channel and pay the 50% deposit. After order confirmation we prepare a basic digital mockup at no additional charge, and printed samples can be requested (plain, unprinted samples can be requested beforehand). Quote validity and lead time are confirmed with your quotation; standard payment terms apply unless your quotation states otherwise.

At minimum, share your contact details, product type, estimated quantity, printing method and artwork. Details like sizes, colours, delivery location and needed-by date help us prepare a more accurate quotation, but can follow later.
Minimum order quantity depends on the printing or production method: Heat Transfer Printing (DTF) from 20 pcs, Embroidery from 30 pcs, Screen Printing from 50 pcs, Sublimation Printing from 50 pcs and Custom-Made Products from 100 pcs. The exact minimum depends on the garment and design and is confirmed in your quotation. Ready-made garments are existing garment styles that can be customised; custom-made garments are manufactured to your specifications. Mixed sizes are accepted per design at no extra cost, as long as the total meets the applicable minimum.
Send us your existing logo, reference image or other available artwork with your enquiry. We check supplied artwork for production suitability and will flag any issue before production proceeds; logo redesign, graphic design, vectorisation and complex artwork preparation are not included.
Yes. Formal quotations and purchase order acceptance are available for company and procurement requirements.

Quote validity and production lead time are confirmed together with your quotation. Standard payment terms are a 50% deposit on order confirmation (non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the cancellation terms in our Terms & Conditions) and the balance before delivery, unless your quotation states otherwise.
Yes. Requesting a quotation is free and comes with no obligation to order.
Yes. If you need multiple products in one order — for example polo shirts and caps — list them in the Project Details field of the form, or let us know on WhatsApp, and we'll quote them together.
Yes. If your quantity, garment, printing method or artwork changes after you've requested a quote, just let us know on the same channel and we'll revise the quotation for you.
Delivery is free for orders with a subtotal above RM1,000, before delivery charges. Otherwise, delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, order quantity and weight, and specific delivery requirements. Final charges will be confirmed during the quotation process, so you can see the full cost before deciding.
Yes. Mention that it's a repeat order and share any previous order or reference details you have, and we'll use those to help prepare your new quotation.
