Understanding our process for obtaining garment samples for your custom apparel projects

Samples Policy

At Malaysian Apparel, we understand the importance of seeing and feeling the quality of garments before placing a bulk order. Our sample policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.

Important Notice

Samples are available by purchase only. We cannot accommodate requests for free samples due to the high volume of inquiries we receive.

Sample Purchase Details

Brand new samples of most of our stock service garments can be purchased at our wholesale prices plus a delivery fee.

Unfortunately we can't accommodate the frequent requests we get for free samples, so we try to assist by offering brand new samples at great wholesale rates.

Sample Condition

New samples will be supplied plain and in original packaging. We do not provide customized samples unless specifically arranged as part of a confirmed order.

Return Policy

If you proceed with an order for uniforms, samples can be returned for inclusion in your embroidery production run. Otherwise, samples are supplied on a 'no exchange and no return' basis.

Browse our product catalog and identify the garment styles, colors, and sizes you'd like to sample.

Contact Us with Details

Message us via WhatsApp or Email with the specific samples you need, including style, color, size, and quantity.

Receive Quotation

We'll provide a quote for the samples at wholesale price plus delivery. Payment is required before processing.

Sample Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, we'll order the samples from our suppliers and arrange delivery to you within 5-7 business days.

Our Business Model

We are not a warehouse or retail store and we don't hold stock. We are authorized distributors for a select range of apparel brands and we purchase stock to fulfill customer orders.

You are welcome to visit our office in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (by appointment only) but we aren't able to display every style, colour and size available.

Helpful Information

We do our best to provide accurate sizing information including size charts and 'how to measure' instructions on our website. We also try to provide the best images available for each style and colourway.

For specific questions about fabric, sizing, or garment features, our customer service team is always ready to assist via WhatsApp or email.

  • Garment style name/number (from our website)
  • Desired color(s)
  • Required size(s)
  • Quantity needed for each sample
  • Your delivery address
