The short version
- The quote forms on our website don’t send what you type to us directly. They prepare a WhatsApp message (or an email) that you review and send yourself.
- We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the website is used.

1. Introduction
TshirtPrint2u operates under Wescott Trading (SSM registration no. 201703332019), at 8, Jalan 24, Kampung Cheras Baru, 56100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Wescott Trading, operating as TshirtPrint2u.
This is our personal data protection notice under section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). It is also available in Bahasa Malaysia: Dasar Privasi.
This notice applies to personal data we collect through this website (www.tshirtprint2u.com.my) and when you contact us about quotations or orders by WhatsApp, email or phone. It does not cover other websites or apps we link to (see section 10).
2. Personal data we collect
The personal data we hold about you depends on how you deal with us. It may include the following.

Giving us personal data through the quote forms is voluntary. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are needed for us to respond. If you leave them out, we can’t process your quote request.
3. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data directly from you when you:
- use the “Request a Formal Quote” form, or the Quick Quote and product quick-pick options, on our website, which prepare a message for you to send by WhatsApp or email;
- message or call us on WhatsApp, or email us; or
- send us artwork or other files for a quotation or order.
Our quote forms don’t send what you type to us on their own. They open WhatsApp (or your email app) with your details filled in, and we receive them only when you press Send. The information reaches us through WhatsApp or your email provider.
Information about your visit to the website is collected automatically by Google Analytics 4 (see section 7).
4. How we use personal data
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and quote requests;
- prepare quotations, formal quotations and digital mockups;
- process and fulfil your order, including production and delivery;
- communicate with you about your enquiry or order;
- understand how our website is used, so we can improve it; and
- comply with legal requirements, where they apply.
5. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose your personal data to:
- team members at Wescott Trading who handle your enquiry or order;
- the services we use to communicate and measure website use: WhatsApp (when you message us), Google (for email if you write to our Gmail address, and for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts), and our email hosting provider (for email sent to our company-domain address), each under its own terms; and
- government or regulatory authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not currently share your personal data with outside production partners or courier companies.
6. Business artwork and intellectual property
Customers often send us logos, artwork, design files and brand materials so we can prepare mockups and produce orders. A company logo or design is generally business or intellectual property material, not personal data. If a file or message also contains information that identifies an individual, such as a contact person’s name, phone number or email address, we treat that information as personal data under this notice.
7. Cookies and website technologies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how it is used. We load it through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics and similar technologies may store cookies or similar identifiers on your browser or device, and collect information about your visit.
What we measure
- the pages you view;
- when you select a WhatsApp, phone or email link or a quote button;
- the product categories, printing methods and projects you click, and the FAQ questions you open;
- when you start or send a quote request. We record that it happened and, for the Quick Quote and product quick-pick options, the product type, quantity and printing method you chose. We do not record your name, contact details or the notes you type; and
- the words you type into the header search when you choose a suggestion. Please don’t type personal data into the search box.
Google Fonts
To show text in the Inter typeface, your browser requests font files from Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google can therefore receive technical information such as your IP address.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some websites may not work as well without them. You can also stop Google Analytics collecting data about your visits with Google’s browser add-on (opens in a new tab). 8. Data security
Information you send us by WhatsApp, email or over the internet travels through third-party services and networks. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please don’t include sensitive personal details, such as identity card numbers or bank account details, in enquiry messages.
9. Your rights and choices
Under the PDPA, you may:
- ask for access to the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date;
- withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data by writing to us. If you do, we may not be able to keep responding to your enquiry or fulfil your order; and
- raise a privacy question or complaint.

10. Third-party websites and services
Our website links to other websites and services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. When you follow those links, the provider’s own privacy policy applies. 11. Transfers outside Malaysia
Some services we use are run by international companies, including Google (Gmail, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts) and WhatsApp. Personal data you give us through those services may therefore be processed or stored on servers outside Malaysia. Each provider handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The current version is always at this address, and the Bahasa Malaysia version is at /privacy-policy-bm.
